Blues for the Left Hand Round 3

This is the 3rd left hand blues video in the series. If you haven't mastered the first two, I'd suggest that you go back a step or two.


At the heart of this series on the Blues is keeping a steady pulse. Learning how to tap and count to 4 evenly, over and over again is as least as important as learning the blues pattern for the left hand.


In this video you will be playing quarter notes with the left hand and moving in the blues pattern. The goal is to keep going for several minutes at a time. If you need an extra challenge, add a metronome, use Drum Genius, or iRealPro to play along with. Or, you could use the cards and transpose into the 12 different keys.
